Ah, someone put a serpentine system on it. Now it makes sense why you're stressing about mounting. What doesn't make sense is why you need something more than even a 100 amp alternator. The pulley diameter certainly doesn't look large enough to be under-driving it. All the stuff you list and the draw of all the stuff you didn't isn't going to draw anything that even a basic 65 amp alt wouldn't replenish. I'd make sure to clean up the wiring connections and the vehicle grounds. Then I'd do a test to see if there is a draw occurring when the car is off. Always a good idea to check this even when things seem to be good. Could be you just have a poor alternator and a new, better performing unit wouldn't hurt but don't waste your money on some super high output unit you don't need. My two cents, anyway.

Yeah, that someone was the previous owner. It is also a 1 wire set up with the battery in the trunk. Also EFI.

Yep, you about had me going about why the heck you couldn't work something else in. Pictures worth a 1000 words there. Big old NOPE. You sir, I believe are going to keep rocking that Delco unit. :)
Are those GT40X heads? Sweet!

Update - got the original alternator (GM CS130) remanned - went from 95 amps to 160, new bearings, new voltage regulator; $100.
After a massive fight with the serpentine belt*, it’s back in and running great. Car starts right up now, driving with A/C, 1000w amp, EFI, electric fan, etc, it’s a solid 14.1 volts. Does drop to 13.8 at idle.
Eventually I will have someone figure out a way to install my 3G.

*when removing the alternator, I got the tensioner full lose but still had to pry the belt off with a screw driver. Then when I tried to put it back on, it got stuck on the lip of the alt pulley. Couldn’t get it on or off. Had to cut it off with a knife. Went to parts store, had them measure the belt, they gave me one that was 1.125” longer. It was way too big. Had to return it and got one that was .5” longer. That one fits like a glove! I would have killed to have someone (my son, wink wink) help me with this.
