Another Project - 71 Torino

any of you have issues with standard motor parts ignition switches? Seems the spring tension is too weak. Ive adjusted it to every spot and it just does push back enough at any spot to work..I have to turn the key backwards a bit for all my electronics to come back on.

Ok its officially back up and running and without electrical gremlins.

The 2 pieces that really fixed this:
1) NOS ESSEX 2615 Ignition Switch
2) OEM Wiper Switch (Had Wiper Switch with Intermittent Wipers - 1973-91 Ford Truck, 1978-91 Ford Bronco 1971-72 Ford Torino Part #: D10Z-17A553-A wrong part)

The only thing really not working at this point in the Windshield Washer.....I don't know if its the Used Switch or Maybe the after market squirter...or maybe a fuse...Of all the things im least worried about its that! lol. Now i can pull the fuse box and start fitting my proto type lol

Im getting wild with my 3D Printer and Designs :) Ive already had to redesign it a couple times as you see the below print, its a bit over engineered so ive thnned the sections out a bit

Impressive. That , I can't do . Are you gonna coat it or use it as a mold or what ?

Right now the goal is to get it fit then print it out in PETG and piece it together. I will definitely consider making a mold for it as a lot of people seem very interested in the Torino world
