OK. I'm back at it finally. Put the new stroker engine in today. Never easy by yourself. Especially the when you are working in tight quarters. New clutch and trans too.

Cool, I don't recall seeing it done from the side before- good to know!
Now the fun starts putting all the rest of the stuff back together. With the exception of the front serpentine set-up everything is new with this engine. The other sits waiting for me to find the right old Ford p/u to drop it in. Air cleaner to oil pan complete. Turn key ready to go. Same goes for the first trans and 9" rear end. Full drive train good to go.
The new headers have a ball type collector connection so I need to mod the intermediate exhaust pipe to connect. More fab and welding.

Not the easiest way to do it but it can be done. Lot's of little adjustments and back and forth under the car by ones self but swung in nicely.
