Is it cold in Beloit, WI ? I got two weeks coming up to stay there

And you guys make fun of us Californians. It's not all bad being out on the west coast. When it gets "cold", all I need is a jean jacket!! Plus, I enjoy driving my mustang year round.

I've lived in CA before. I'm still sitting here in a t-shirt in the 30 degree weather when inside and a light jacket when I go out. The 'coat' doesn't come out till its windy, snowing AND 20 degrees
 
Lots of white stuff laying around on the ground here in WI. Never seen a plow truck on the road before, saw 3 or 4 on the hour drive to the hotel. Was laughing about kicking snow off my shoes, used to kicking sugar sand off.
 
Well welcome to Wisconsin.
Your lucky we have a very mild winter going this year. Hardly any snow. Normally we have way more by now. We have been having record high temps too. Hardly been below zero at all this winter.
