Mirror mirror on your car

Sooo, finally off my a$$ and about to drop the dime on mirrors, looked at the NPD catalog for the P/N Dave posted. Page 218 of the on-line catalog shows the mirrors. Does anyone use the Convex mirror? Is there any advantage between flat or convex?

We put a convex on the 67 and it helped considerably with the blind spot the sail panel creates.

Yes, we used the convex mirror on the passenger side to get a larger view.
