I'll start really broad and say its from the later '30's or maybe even early '40's.
Oh I pick something between 1901 and 2024.
I was just helping narrow it down, alright. Jeez.

Don't think so. That coated running board screams earlier. What is throwing me is the upward sweep of the rear of the door. I can't think of anything domestic (U.S.) that was styled that way. At least in the form of a truck, which is where my brain is stuck.
This 'type' of vehicle stayed about the same for almost 4 decades.
