Code 15 "B" camshaft position - timing over retarded {bank1}
67. Air assit injector control circuit high
85. exhaust valve control solenoid circuit low {bank2}

I think the 15 was in place of the 11...implying there was some issue where the computer can’t store codes or something.

This is what my test port looks like

KB3, found the ports, used the wire method - and just to be sure, I got the innova scanner...same results. Now the issue is, when I try to do the KOER...and cylinder balance for that matter - I get no flashing CEL, the reader gets no codes, there’s no display numbers of cylinders...nothing. Any ideas?
