It's a racoon. My little girl wanted to get him out and save him. I had to drag her away. And yes that's a manneguin. It's was a little creepy actually. Everyone was taking pictures with it.

I was going to, but then thought about it ending up on here. So I didn't. Plus alaina was trying to grab the racoon so we had to drag her away.
