I'm surprised "stock" stamped covers clear your rocker set-up. And I forgot what you are doing with your vent set-up. You can't run a draft tube, right? Are you using a "catch can" type arrangement?
Yes, catch can as required. Same as before.

you need to ditch that fram oil filter and get a hastings or wix. Fram filters are crap.
It’s a fuel filter and it does the job.

I have bought Wix, Hastings, Amsoil and Fram filters and cut them all apart. Fram's filtration and construction is significantly weaker. The # of pleats in the Fram are much less and less dense than the others I have referenced.
Got the new valve covers modified and the new wires fit. Still need to get the valve covers painted...if it ever warms up.

That’s just a two minute job. After I fire it up.
I've never felt sorry for a engine......until now.All it needs now is fuel, oil and water.
