Johnpro's 1969 Sportsroof, known as "Scary," is being offered for sale. 408 roller motor (stroked from 351w); Tremec TKO600 5-speed; Detroit Locker 9" Rear w/3.89 gears. The exterior is Silver Frost and the interior is black. Originally a 302, C4, built in San Jose, with turn signal hood scoop and sport mirrors. The car has always been in CA, with a solid body and undercarriage, and no known rust. This car is definitely a driver; it runs strong and picks up quickly. Temperature. A-pillar pod: Voltage, Fuel.
• 1993 Mustang GT front seats with adjustable thigh bolster, thigh supports, head rests and electric lumbar supports (fully functional)
• Alpine DIN style radio with direct hookup for IPOD (in console glove box)
• 1970 center console
• 3 point, retractable seat belts
• Electric windows and electric locks w/keyless entry
• Kick panels with speakers
• Twin speakers in dash
• 6x9 speakers in trap door with speaker pods

TRUNK/HATCH
• Trunk carpeted throughout. Attached with Velcro (hand sewn into carpet) for easy removal and to keep trap door functional
KNOWN ISSUES:
• Paint: It's a good "10-foot" job with some typical chips in the finish. The overall appearance is sharp. It's the kind of finish that you wouldn't worry about driving on the highway and also looks great for a show or out on a cruise.
• Body: There are a couple of small dings.
• Front valance has slight damage at center, upper area where it's creased, slight "split" in the metal
• Minor electrical:
o Courtesy lights aren't coming on when door opened. Passenger electric window switch doesn't work in the "up" direction.
o Intermittent horns
o Remote keyless entry works inconsistently
• Passenger side window doesn't come up fully. Appears to need adjustment
• Trap door speaker housing: This aftermarket part appears to have distorted and blistered in several places at the top.
• Lower outside dash covers missing
• Brake release pedal cover missing (to allow clearance for kickpanel speakers)
• Typical dash pad cracking issue, so dash pad cover has been installed.
