Load weapon, point at computer, pull trigger, go to Best Buy and buy new computer.

At this point the only thing I can offer is to use Google Chrome or Firefox.

Any other changes I make are going to affect the masses.
 
I expect there are others with the same problem, but they havn't figured out how to find the reply window and submit button.

Have gone and cleared your cache, cookies, history? Then change to the new stangfix theme under look & layout?
 
I'll keep looking into it, but at the moment I'm going to have to ask for your patience.

Not sure if you know this but you can run IE, Chrome, and Firefox on the same machine. If you need IE for work just leave it as your default.

I run all three plus Safari just to be sure things behave properly. I am unable to duplicate the issue on my end.

I know that's not a solution but for the moment it's all I have.
 
Ok.

I just spent an inordinate amount of time researching this issue.

There was a change to the .ccs file that controls how the board is displayed.

I have looked at the file and it does have the proper command in it. That command, limits the text area of the reply box 635px or 100% of the width of your browser.
For whatever reason, your machine is still using the old .css file out of cache. Clearing cache, cookies and history should solve the problem.

I'm going to change the cookie name and try to force a cookie reset. God save the queen............................
 
I downloaded Chrome and it seems to work fine. It looks like I'll have to keep 2 browser's open or maybe just work when I'm at work. Nah!

Have you tried it in IE since I changed the cookie?
 
Still the same.
I have cleared my history.
How do I clear the cashe and cookies?
I do have the skull banner now, but I still have the same issue with replys, posts and PMs.

Now I have to login everytime I come back to the Fix. Doesn't do it on any other website (unless I manually delete all cookies and cache).

Same here. Using IE9
 
I'm having that too. Only in Chrome though.

No problem from phone or tapatalk.

Investigating.
 
It has something to do with renaming the cookie the other day. I'm looking for a fix.

I just restet the cookie again so you probably just got logged out. Sorry.
 
Doing continued research on this issue but it appears the cookie is working.

For some reason it's not remembering the user name.

I need some feedback from anyone affected.

I just checked and even though I'm apparently logged out, I can login in by simply putting in my username. I need you guys to try this and let me know if that is the case for you.
 
Every time I logged in from the earlier problem, the log in page popped up already filled in. I just clicked on the log in box and was here in a second.

Has not forced me out since the last time....which was after the cookie reset.
