What have you done on your house today?

Came home to a cold house last night. After some troubleshooting I figured out the furnace ignitor was broken. I started up the furnace manually with a gas fire starter a couple of times during the night to keep the house mostly warm. Luckily it's been a pretty warm winter so far! $25 for a new one at the local furnace store. I think I'll order a 2nd one for a spare/backup!

Finally getting the hole in the entryway filled. Any ideas for the border? My sister wants to use aggregate pebbles.
