Brian,

Last thing.... as mentioned, the fumes are pretty strong. The more time the car is out of the garage, the happier Jen will be. Maybe place a fan (or two) at the front of the garage wall to help push the fumes outside instead of letting the house absorb them.
 
I thought I might just shut the garage door while I was working on it in the driveway. That way they don't get in. But I'll keep the fans in mind.
