I just need to find my puller... :po

Didn't you last use it when removing your toe nail? Ask Bonnie where she put it...

I have a good one here at the house if you want to borrow it.

I can't even find that Grant one that you brought me. I may have to so I can get the shaft size.

Just a little update. I am taking off work tomorrow (Friday) and starting the steel frame. I'll have 3 days to get it worked out. I'll post pics later.

Keep up the good work. Must be nice, taking a day off work to work on the toys. :nk LoL! Good luck working your pa-tooty off for the next three days, can't wait to see pics of all the progress.

Ah, let me CLARIFY. It's not an elected day off. More the "mandatory" type. As in my company is cutting everyones hours type of day off.

Without pay.

We typically only work half days on Fridays anyway - so they decided to just not have us work those few hours. This is what they elected to do in lieu of laying of individual people.

Productive weekend! Frame is structurally complete. I need to work a bit more on the front end to "pretty" it up. I'm going to add about 5 or 6, 2" lightning holes down the front frame rails still too.

I'm super happy with the way it turned out. It's all 2"x 4" x 3/16" rec. tubing with the excetion of the cross member in front of the "X" which is 2" x4" x 1/8" wall -- I ran out of 3/16".

I fish plated all of the "Z"s and also wrapped the rear "Z"s on the ends.

Here we go:

Initial layout and starting point...

Used very basic, but effective tools... plumb bobs rock.
