Those things were flying out the door- I managed to snag one before they were gone.

I get so tired of buying new types of lighting only to find something better a few weeks later! I am still trying to find a really good spot type LED. The small magnetic ones you can sit next to an area where working. Either they aren't bright enough or the battery life is less than useable has been my experience. Any good suggestions?I didn't even know Dewalt made this until I was about to buy a Harbor Froeght version. Super bright and it folds up, clips are spring loaded to fit different width hoods
I have a no-name Chinese one that has lasted me a long time and been through some abuse (look at the burns and pitting around the LEDs. The base is magnetic and the LED is on a gooseneck for precision lighting right where I need it. It takes three AAA batteries, and the battery life is so-so, but I keep some rechargeable AAA on the charger so I can hot swap them when it starts to get dim. A pilot friend brought it back from China for me, but I'll bet they're on Amazon, etc. It really helped when I was welding on a car frame, up on a lift, from underneath. Illuminated exactly what I needed to see.I get so tired of buying new types of lighting only to find something better a few weeks later! I am still trying to find a really good spot type LED. My hands down favorite of the last 10 years has been this little Saber 200. It isn't the brightest or longest lasting but I keep going back to it. The killer is it's magnet. It will hold it on a brake line, the tip of a bolt, almost anything. And you can aim it from there easily. https://www.bestbuyautoequipment.com/atd-80340b-saber-rchgbl-led-pocket-light-p/atd-80340b-02.htmI get so tired of buying new types of lighting only to find something better a few weeks later!
