G-Tech 67 FB (Candy) Build

Tarafied, Yea I didn't realy care to get into it with Mr. Sanborn, The unique cars had a cooling problem
because the rad was to small (not sufficient enouph) to cool the heated up supercharged engine's .
More HP More cooling needed, We did 2 BB cars 500/525hp with griffen rads and had 2 cooling problems.
Redisigned and change out the rads and Whala problem gone.................... The holes in the cowel cerntly
does not hurt anything, but thats my opinion..

My 429 is no big HP monster but I have an older repop 4 core copper/brass radiator and an electric pusher fan. I think the cowl vents helped my combo in traffic. I had tried a few things prior like using water wetter and only 15% antifreeze (it helped), but I agree a better cooling system is the best way to approach it. I just gave it a try because it was easy to cut the holes before the Power Tour and it's been working but an aluminum radiator is in the future!
I like the screen you have used. I actually drilled holes with a hole saw rather than a big hole/slot. Do you think the screen would look okay with holes? (5 per side)

The way you have been posting them is as an attachment, I clicked on your attachment to make it larger, then right clicked and copied the URL and pasted it in the body of my reply. You can do it either way, the board has quite a bit of bandwidth so its not as if its an issue to put the pictures in the body of the email. You should create a gallery and put your pictures in there and then copy them to your posts.
