I have seen out there are less to be desired.. I have been working with Heidts on an IRS with upper control arms
that is now in production. The issue is running exhaust, I prefer the exhaust running over the axel. The New IRS has control
arm and brackets where our exhaust runs, and I am not a fan of running the exhaust under the diff (like the corvette's)
so yet another issue to work out..

With the new setup, I take it the half shafts will be splined to allow for their length to change as the suspension cycles... On the exhaust, it looks like you could run it between the lower control arms and the half shafts if you keep it closer to center where the vertical movement of the links isn't too much. It looks like you have a good amount of space to work with there... although the pictures could be decieving..."G tech cars" said:I have been working with Heidts on an IRS with upper control arms
