since we have a few members with a lot of cool cars (Evil comes to mind) and some new members, I thought it would be cool to see what you got. Post up some pics of your collections, even if it's an old Chevy truck...

I've had this '65 El Camino for almost 25 years... my high school friend owned it for 7 years before that. The New England winters beat it up pretty good. 3-1/2 years ago I started a real restoration on it... rebuilt the bed area, floors, used oem quarters, new door skins, repaired better nose pieces, smoothed firewall, some front suspension mods, rebuilt a 12 bolt posi for it along with the M21 and mildly built 350 (355 RWHP/385 lbft torque). Watts link going in out back after I lower the rear another 2 inches or so. I've already painted the bed, hoping to get color ('65 Vette Nassau Blue) on the rest of the body by end of September."tarafied1" said:.... even if it's an old Chevy truck...

Love the way your mind works"67 evil eleanor" said:I'd change that thing to a "Right Hand" drive and put a "OJ" mannequin on the left side. Maybe make his head twist to the left and smile. Now that would get some looks driving down the Interstate........be a lotta fun too.
Man, I had to look that one up... I don't even think I ever saw Hollywood Knights. Everything I've found on google points to Newbomb's brothers truck as being a '65."Horseplay" said:Is that Newbomb's brother's truck?
You are not a car guy if you have not seen Hollywood Knights. I put it right up there with American Graffiti. Bonus is a very young (and naturally hot) Michelle Pfeiffer."stangg" said:Man, I had to look that one up... I don't even think I ever saw Hollywood Knights.
