The motor is almost back together.As per anything I do with this car....I had to find some new valve covers to fit around the new rockers. The nice, aluminum fab'd covers that I had don't fit around the new rockers. Couldn't grind away enough material without going through the aluminum. After the last 2 snowfalls were cleared away, I ran the engine up North of town to a local race shop. They had a couple options that fit. I decided to go with less bling on this setup. Have everything clearanced and ready to weld. I just want a little warmer day to do the welding so I'm not shaking!Can you at least chrome them!
I think it's going to slow the car down. Why is their an oil fill in each valve cover?
